Sharing a Passion for Champagne
The Vollereaux family has been producing wine for several generations and is now in its fourth generation! The Vollereaux vineyard is based in Epernay, the capital of Champagne! Their vineyard extends over a massive 6 hectares. The vineyard is operated with a desire to maintain the upmost quality of wine production and respect the environment in which we live and work. Everything is of the highest standard from the choice of grapes through to the fertilizer and plant protection used.
They use a range of grapes including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which allows them to achieve their many different. They produce a wide range of wines from sparkling white wine and Champagne through to red wine, all of which are distributed through many local wine merchants. The Champagne is sent all over the world and available from many online wine merchants.
All of the Champagnes offered by them have been aged in their cellar for a minimum of three years before being distributed.
They strongly believe that dinner and accompanying wines should only leave the memories of the pleasures they brought.
Their observations and experiences have allowed them to see that their Champagne pairs perfectly with pretty much anything. They may be enjoyed with any type of food or meal, creating an infinite combination of meals. You can build a complete menu around any single bottle of the Champagne, or even around several different bottles. Whether you want to use the Champagne to toast a special event, use it for a buffet meal or even for a just a family occasion, their Champagne is the perfect complement to any meal.
They currently have 3 different bottles of Champagne available directly from us and local wine merchants. Wine merchants may also have a stock of Champagnes which have now sold out by the cellars.
